Preschool Programs

A healthy life begins with a healthy childhood. Learn and laugh together. In the pool, water skills, rhythmic breathing, motor coordination skills and muscular control development will be introduced. One adult per child in water. For sanitary reasons, no regular diapers allowed in the pool. Children must wear tight fitting rubber pants, or swim diapers under their bathing suits.

Pre-School

Ages 3-5

• Pike: Beginner - non-swimmer - has no previous instructional swim.
• Eel: Can swim the width of the pool on their front and back with floatation device
• Ray: Can swim the width of the pool on back and front without a floatation device.
• Starfish: Cand swim 2 x width of the pool on front with basic rotary breathing and swim on their back with basic elementary arem stroke, no floatation device.

*Ray and Starfish classes are combined*

Parents do not go in the water with their child; however, we require a safety parent for each level on either side of the pool, to reinforce pool rules, make sure the children are holding onto the wall and to be a bathroom parent.

Swim Classes

Shrimp/Kipper/Inia/perch: Swim Only
Ages 6 - 36 months
