It is not how much you weigh that is important but rather how much percentage of body fat that is on your body. Schedule an appointment with John Zienowicz at x116 to learn your percentages. The method of testing used will be the skinfold caliper. You will also find out where you rank for your age, where you should be AND how to get there.

Do you need to get to the next level? Let our trainers get “personal” with you and your workout. We are here for you and your goals. If this is of interest to you, please contact John Zienowicz at x116. $25.00 per hour or $110.00 for 5 hours.
